Since its inception, Ensign Engineering has been certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and as qualified consulting engineers by various City and State agencies and authorities. The principals of the firm are: Regina Gallagher Marengo,P.E. President Carl J. Cannizzaro, P.E. Vice President The Ensign Engineering team takes a positive "hands-on" approach to all of our projects. We make available to our clients the experience gained from a variety of challenging facility and infrastructure projects. The mission of Ensign Engineering is to deliver projects on time, within budget, properly designed, and in complete compliance with the Client's scope of project.
